HOW THE EXPERIENCE UNFOLDS
- 1 Meeting in Piazza Municipio (Amalfi) We meet in the main square of Amalfi and take the public elevator together (ticket included in the experience). After the elevator, there is a short scenic walk with approximately 70 steps down and 20 steps up to reach the villa’s private terrace.
- 2 Welcome Drink With a Breathtaking View You’ll be greeted with a refreshing welcome drink as you soak in the view—one of the most iconic in the entire Amalfi Coast.
- 3 Dough-Making Lesson Chef Leonardo guides you through preparing the authentic Neapolitan dough: proper flour, hydration, rising, techniques, and the traditional kneading process.
- 4 Stretching & Topping Your Pizza You’ll stretch your dough by hand and top it with the finest local ingredients: San Marzano tomatoes, fresh fiordilatte, basil, and Villa Angelina extra virgin olive oil.
- 5 Pizza Baking & Dining With a View
